Assistant Professor. PhD from the University of California, Los Angeles, 2010. Dr. Clark’s research focuses on the genetic and epigenetic basis of the development of substance use, abuse and dependence and other comorbid mental health disorders, as well as the application of latent variable phenotypes to genetic studies. Her current research involves next-generation sequencing of the human and mouse methylome to identify biomarkers of alcohol addiction and applying longitudinal structural equation and mixture models to define a developmental phenotype of addiction.
