I am a pharmacist, educator, and researcher with formal training in geriatrics and extensive experience in global public health. My clinical, teaching, and research interests include Parkinson disease, urinary incontinence, and medication-related problems. Outside the School of Pharmacy, I work with an interprofessional team of faculty and students to provide care coordination and wellness services for community-dwelling older adults through the Richmond Health and Wellness Program (https://nursing.vcu.edu/community-engagement/rhwp/); I work with the Center for Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Care (https://ipe.vcu.edu/) on interprofessional teaching endeavors related to geriatrics and global public health; I collaborate with faculty from the Department of Gerontology (https://gerontology.chp.vcu.edu/) to supervise students enrolled in the PharmD/Certificate of Aging Studies Combined Degree Program; and I am enrolled in the College of Health Professions PhD Program in Health Related Sciences with a Concentration in Gerontology (https://phd.chp.vcu.edu/).
